Is the 8,000 mAh battery about to become the new standard for mid-range smartphones or is this just a trend appearing on the first few models?
An OPPO phone model with code PYE110 has appeared in the database of TENAA, China's telecommunications equipment certification agency. The appearance on TENAA shows that the product is nearing the launch stage, however the trade name and official announcement time have not yet been confirmed by OPPO.
According to data from TENAA, the device has a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen, an 8-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz, 6 GB or 8 GB RAM options and 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB internal memory. The device is equipped with a 50 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera, about 8,000 mAh battery and supports 80 W fast charging. The operating system is recorded as Android 16 with ColorOS 16 interface.

The most notable point is the battery with a capacity of about 8,000 mAh combined with 80 W fast charging. This is a configuration that is gradually appearing on many new generation Chinese smartphones, aiming for longer usage time while still maintaining high charging speed.
However, TENAA only publishes certification parameters. Currently, OPPO has not officially announced the product name, model, selling price, distribution market or launch date. Therefore, all speculations about whether the PYE110 will belong to the Reno, A Series or K Series line are not confirmed and need to wait for an announcement from OPPO.
