Most notable is the Galaxy Z TriFold. Samsung announced that the device has three bodies with not exactly the same thickness. The part containing the SIM tray is about 3.9 mm, the middle part is about 4.2 mm and the part with the side keys is about 4.0 mm. Therefore, the claim that the Galaxy Z TriFold is 3.9 mm thick when opened is correct according to Samsung's official measurement method, but 3.9 mm is the thinnest point and does not mean the entire body is uniformly 3.9 mm thick.
