1. 6.39 inch screen but large display area
Pura X View is equipped with a wide screen of about 6.39 inches with a ratio of 16 to 9.5. The display area reaches 114.27 cm², the screen-to-front ratio reaches 96.1 percent and the four edges are announced to be about 1.05 mm thin.
This design is different from the phone trendOn long screens the ratio is about 19.5 to 9 or 20 to 9. Pura X View expands horizontally, so movie content, documents, web pages, games and multitasking interfaces have more display space.
The Pura X View's 6.39-inch display cannot be compared diagonally alone to a traditional 6.9-inch display. Two screens with different ratios can have very different areas and ways of distributing display space. Huawei says the Pura X View's screen area can be larger than some 6.9-inch screen phones, but the actual effectiveness depends on the adaptability of each application.
2. 7,000 mAh battery in a 6.68 mm thin body
One of the most prominent parameters is the 7,000 mAh battery. Huawei placed this battery in a body that is about 6.68 mm thick and has a weight of about 201 g.

The combination of a 7,000 mAh battery and a thickness of 6.68 mm is a technical highlight. However, the actual usage time cannot be concluded from the battery capacity alone because it also depends on the processor, screen brightness, and network connection.and HarmonyOS 7 optimization.

Pura X View is aimed at users who want large display space but do not need a folding mechanism. Removing the hinge makes the device thinner, has more space for the battery and avoids a crease in the middle of the screen. In turn, the large width can affect the ability to hold the camera with one hand, especially for people with small hands.
4. Opening date and information have not been fully confirmed
Huawei opens registration of interest for Pura
The official selling price, processor, camera configuration, charging capacity and international distribution plan were not fully announced by Huawei at the time the device appeared. Camera prices or specifications are spreading online so should only be considered unofficial information.
Huawei Mall has listed Pu's memory and color optionslaunched X View but it has not been confirmed that the product will be sold officially in Vietnam. Vietnamese users should also note that HarmonyOS 7 in China has a different application ecosystem than Android and there is no confirmation about Google Mobile Services.
5. Implications for the phone market
Pura X View shows that Huawei is trying to change the screen ratio instead of continuing to lengthen the body. This design can be advantageous when reading documents, viewing 16-by-9 content, playing games or splitting windows, but success depends on how well the application's interface is optimized.
The 7,000 mAh battery, 6.68 mm body and 96.1 percent front screen create a clearly different hardware configuration. However, price, actual screen quality, operating temperature, battery life and application compatibility are the factors that determine whether Pura X View becomes a trend or just stops at an experimental design.
