OPPO Reno13 F 4G is officially sold nationwide by OPPO Vietnam, but does that mean this device is manufactured or assembled in Vietnam?
The answer needs to be separated into two completely different problems. OPPO Vietnam has official business of Reno13 F 4G in the Vietnamese market. However, from the available official public documents of OPPO Vietnam, there is not enough evidence to confirm that Reno13 F 4G is manufactured or assembled in Vietnam.
On January 3, 2025, OPPO Vietnam officially announced the Reno13 Series in the Vietnamese market. The product portfolio includes Reno13 Pro, Reno13 and Reno13 F. This confirms an important point very clearly. Reno13 F 4G is not a version named by the store or a portable model renamed for the Vietnamese market. This is a product announced by OPPO Vietnam itself, with its own product page and technical specifications page.
According to OPPO Vietnam, Reno13 F 4G carries model code CPH2701, uses MediaTek Helio G100, 8GB RAM, internal memory256GB UFS 2.2 standard and memory card support. The parameters of the two versions show that the Reno13 F 4G is not simply the Reno13 F 5G locked to the 5G network. The two machines use different processing platforms. The 4G version uses Helio G100 and UFS 2.2, while the 5G version uses Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and UFS 3.1. The 5G version also supports OIS for the main camera and 4K 30fps video recording, while the official specifications of the 4G version record the main camera supporting EIS and maximum 1080p 60fps video.
